Turbo prints offers free shipping on all orders (standard delivery).
Delivery times:

Once we have received your order, it will be sent to our team to print, frame and package your item. After your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we aim for our delivery's to take between 4-5 working days (factors like time of year, and delivery location can all contribute to extended delivery times). If you have any questions regarding delivery times please feel free to contact our team.

Returns Policy

Turbo prints offers a 30-day return policy after your item has been delivered to request a return. 

For a return/refund to be eligible it must meet one of the following requirements:  
  1. The product has been delivered damaged
  2. The product that has been delivered is not what was ordered
  3. The product has not arrived within 30 days

For any returns to be eligible the product must be returned as it was received with it's original packaging and any of it's contents.

Requesting return’s and refund’s

After a request is sent our team will be in touch and may request further details such as your order number or photos of the product you would like to return.
Once your request has been accepted, our team will provide then provide you with further details.

Cancelling orders/ right of withdrawal

Orders can be cancelled only if the product has not yet been dispatched. If a cancellation is still possible you will be offered a full refund. This is due to our products being personally made for the consumer.

Product not arrived within 30 days ?

If the product ordered does not arrive in 30 days of ordering you are entitled to a full refund. However, when placing an order we require you the customer to ensure that the delivery address is correct. We will sadly not be able to refund if the incorrect address details are provided.

Refunds

If a refund is accepted Please be aware after the refund is issued it could take up to 10 working days for banks to process the refund. In the unlikely event that the money has still not been received please contact us at: sales@turboprints.co.uk
